  1. Do you have a sizing chart?

Sizing varies from style to style however we have put together a sizing chart for you to use as a guide. If you have any further questions at all, please don’t hesitate to send us an email or message on facebook.


  1. Can I return my order if it doesn’t fit or suit me?

Yes! We understand how difficult it can be to order online, so we have a clear 14 day return or exchange policy.


  1. How do I return my order for exchange or refund?

Please send to PO Box 158 Coolum Beach Q 4573. We appreciate if you could take the time to fill out the returns slip & include it with your returned goods. This makes the process a lot smoother at our end.


  1. Do I have to pay the extra postage to return or exchange my order?

Unfortunately yes, we do ask that you are responsible for the extra postage. We are only a small business & can’t afford to cover these extra expenses.


  1. Do you have a shop?

We are only available online. You can order through our website or through our active facebook page. You can chat to us through facebook anytime you need & we will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible.


  1. How do I track my order?

When your order is sent, you will receive a notification via email with a tracking number. All orders are posted by express so it will only take 1-3 days to arrive at your doorstep.
